Here at Pampered Paws by Natalie we value every paw that comes through our door and the trust you put in us as groomers. Please take a few minutes to read the following terms and condition's before booking your appointment with us

Cancellation

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hour's we reserve the right to charge 100% of the groom price to be paid in full before booking a new appointment

Fleas

If your dog is found to have fleas during the groom, we will call you. There will be a charge from £10 added to the full price of the groom. This will cover the cost for a flea bath and flea bombing the salon

Matting/Coat Condition

If your dogs coat is in a poor condition with matts this may result in a short styled groom. In worse cases where the dog is severely matted this will result in a de-matting procedure to prevent anymore discomfort to your dog. There will be an extra charge from £10 added onto the total cost of the groom

Pictures/Videos

We will take photos and videos during the groom. The photos and videos will go on social media and our website. If you do not consent to this please notify us on arrival

Drop off/Collection

Please be mindful of your drop off time. We work to a schedule so we can get everyone's grooms in. We also send a 30 minute collection message or phone call, please ensure you collect your dog on time. There may result in a charge in your are late
